Forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, optional phone number, project location, scope, budget preference, timeline and message. Do not submit payment information, identity documents or other sensitive details.
How enquiry information is used
Information is used to review your message, communicate about the enquiry and, for project requests with your permission, explore a connection with an independent provider. We do not guarantee a match. General contact messages are not treated as permission for a remodeling referral.
Delivery and technical processing
When enquiry delivery is enabled, the website sends messages through Resend to the site’s configured enquiry inbox. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical request information. A hashed network identifier may be retained for up to ten minutes to limit abusive form submissions. The application does not log form bodies or store an enquiry database.
Sharing with providers
For an estimate request, relevant project and contact details may be shared with an independent provider to discuss your enquiry, where a connection is available and you have agreed through the form. That provider handles information under its own practices. The website does not automatically publish your enquiry or add you to a newsletter.
Cookies, browser storage and analytics
The site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Form entries are not saved to browser storage by the site. Hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. If these practices change, this policy should be updated.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry correspondence is retained only while needed to handle the enquiry and related records, subject to applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by using the Contact form. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. This policy does not replace any rights that apply to you.
